WossnerOnline will issue refunds/exchanges for returned/defective product upon receipt of the affected goods. Returned goods must be returned within 30 day, unused, and in resalable condition. Additionally there may be a 20% restocking fee charged on returned goods. WossnerOnline's liability is limited to the price paid for the goods. If you do not understand and agree with these terms, you must notify us within 5 days of purchase for a full refund. Pricing is added to the website by a third party web development firm. We reserve the right to correct the mistake and re invoice you with the correct pricing.
